Our logistics partner Blue Dart, services most zip codes within India. In the event that you zip code is outside their jurisdiction, we will select an alternate registered courier service.
On receipt of an order, it would take between 7 to 21 days to deliver your order based on your location. In the event orders are delayed we will get in touch via email and keep you updated.
For customers outside India, please select 'Request a PayPal Invoice' at checkout. We will send you an estimate of the shipping costs and a PayPal invoice through which you can pay for the order. Estimated delivery time ranges between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination country.
We have a no cash refund policy with the exception of the following scenarios:
1. We are unable to fulfill your order due to damaged or limited stocks.
2. In the event that we are unable to service your zip code through any of our logistics partners.
In the event that you are unhappy with the fit or style or your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund in the form of store credit which will be issued to you via email.
Alteration, Exchanges & Returns
If you're not happy with the fit we are happy to alter it!
Get in touch within 3 days of receiving your order. Reach us on email@example.com and let us know how we can help. If you would like the garment to be altered to your size, please send us the relevant measurements. We will arrange for the garment to be collected from you, altered, and returned as quickly as possible.
If you need to select a different size from our size chart, please indicate in your email and we will ship a fresh piece out to you once we have received the returned garment. Please note: Alterations/Exchanges are possible only for garments from our recent collections that are in production. Limited Edition garments, clearance items and sale items are not eligible for alterations or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Ironed or Dry Cleaned garments will not be accepted in return.
In the event that you need to return a garment for alteration/exchange/refund please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org. We will organise a reverse pickup via our logistics partners and get in touch to schedule a time with you. Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit.
